Vancouver: Music from Sea to Sky proud host of the 2009 JUNO Awards.

Vancouver is hosting the 2009 JUNO Awards from March 26-29 and everyone is invited to join in the celebrations.

The Vancouver Host Committee is planning some very special and memorable public events leading up to JUNO Awards night. The committee already has the city buzzing with excitement.

"We have a very strong and committed Vancouver host committee who are all thrilled to be involved in Canada's premier music celebration," said Executive Chair of the Vancouver Host Committee, Bob D'Eith. The Juno Awards and accompanying festivities hold significant cultural and economic importance. The event will attract a large number of visitors and will generate a huge amount of local and national media coverage.
