We are looking for volunteers to assist with the 2008 Juno Awards weekend. If you are interested in volunteering during the event, please let us know by completing the form below.
Some volunteer opportunites require a minimum age of 21 years or more. You must be at least 15 years old to be a volunteer.
Please note that only those selected will be contacted and many of these positions will not be filled until March 2008.

Administration
Volunteers may be required for a period of time for general office duties leading up to the Juno Awards. Volunteers must have previous office experience and are familiar with all Microsoft Office applications.
Assistant Volunteer Coordinators
Volunteers may be required to assist with interviewing, scheduling and managing of volunteers for specific Juno Awards events. Previous volunteer coordination experience is an asset.
Hospitality & Pageantry
The hospitality volunteers will be required for various duties throughout the weekend such as greeters at information booths & venues as well as city guides. Volunteers must be outgoing with excellent communications skills and knowledgeable about the city.
Media Assistants
The Juno Awards publicity team will need assistance leading up to and throughout the Juno Awards Weekend. Duties may include helping with administrative duties, working at media check in desks and assisting with wrangling of photographers, TV crews and various members of the media.
Runners
Runners are key to the success of any major event. Volunteers will be responsible for helping with whatever is needed of them. True to the name there will definitely be some running involved. A valid driver's license is preferred for these positions. There will be runners needed for Media Relations, Juno Awards event staff, CTV Red Carpet staff, Insight Production staff as well as local host committee initiatives leading up to the Juno Awards Weekend.
Juno Awards Seat Fillers
Volunteers will be needed to act as seat fillers during the 2008 Juno Awards broadcast. All volunteers must be dressed tastefully in black clothing as you will be filling empty seats while nominees, performers & presenters are out of their seats. Please note that if you are chosen as a seat filler this does NOT guarantee that you will be used during the broadcast.
Juno Cup
Volunteers needed for general duties such as check in tables, wrangling players & media as well as general runners. All credentials and t-shirts will be provided on site.
Juno Fan Fare
This event is a very large autograph signing session with Juno Awards nominees. Duties include line sign holders, cheering section sign holders, line helpers, volunteer check in assistants and roamers. Volunteers may also be used for set up and tear down of event - some lifting may be involved. T-shirts will be provided as well as an orientation session prior to the event.
JunoFest
Canadian entertainment will hit the streets during this multi-venue showcase of local, regional and national acts. Preferably volunteers will be available to commit to both nights (Friday & Saturday). All volunteers must be over 19 years of age and will be asked to perform general duties such as ticket taking, stage management, merchandise sales and runners.
Red Carpet
Volunteers may be required on Sunday April 6th to assist the CTV Red Carpet show prior to the Juno Awards telecast. Duties may include runners, seat filling, media wranglers, etc.
